The jury reserves the right to grant additional awards. Each author can receive only one award in each section. The decision of the jury is final and irrevocable, complaints are not possible.
7. Submission of Works
Format of photographs in digital sections
Any participant can submit up to 4 photographs under each theme (maximum 16 photographs in 4 themes).
Photographs are accepted in electronic form only.
For print themes is required to upload an electronic form on the website, although it is sent as paper prints.
Format of photographs: JPG
Size of photographs:The longest side of the photo must be 1920px, and the resolution should be 300 dpi
File compression should be between 7 and 12
Memory size of the file must not exceed 2 Mb
Format of photographs in print sections
There are two print sections, Open Monochrome and Open Color.
NOTICE: Upload digital file format of prints to the site application form is also required.
The printed photographs must be unmounted.
Any participant can submit up to 4 photographs under each theme (maximum 8 photographs in 2 themes).
Authors can send self-made prints with maximum size 30cm x 40cm or 11,8″ x 15,7″.
Minimum size is 20cm x 30cm or 7,8″ x 15,7″.
Prints exceeding these sizes will be neither judged nor returned.
Packages should be clearly marked on the outside:
“Photographs for exhibition only : no commercial value“.
An image converted to Monochrome can not be considered a different image. Each image must have a unique title. Images entered must be entirely the work of the photographer.
The back of each photo must have the following info: first and last name, artist’s address, title of theme, title of the photo, progressive number and total number of photos presented by the same artist (example;â€1/4â€, “2/4â€, … ) in each section. No title or identification of the maker shall be written anywhere on the face of an image. The orientation of these details will indicate the orientation of the print. The title written at the back of the photos should match the title mentioned at the application form. In case of nonconformities, photography will be disqualified.
8. File naming
The file name should be the same as title name.
Only English letters (a-z) are allowed.
Please limit titles to 25 characters.

Authors must fill out online entry form.

Prints sending
Notice: Upload digital file format of prints to the site application form is also required.
Packages with prints must be sent to the mailing address:

not later than 31th January, 2015.
Only entries sent to this address will be accepted.
By virtue of submitting an entry, the entrant certifies the work as his own (aliases are not permitted) and permits the sponsors to reproduce all or part of the entered material free of charge for publication and /or display in media related to the exhibition. This may include low resolution posting on a website. The exhibition assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright.
If several persons wish to share one package to economise on postage, that is fine, but the collective entry must be overseen by one person, who collates all the other entries in that package.This person’s email address is the one to which reports will be sent.
11. Entry fee
Entry fee for all sections (6 sections)
Entry fee for all sections is 35 Euros or 45$Â pay here
All 6 sections for the members of the FSS (Photo Association of Serbia) entry fee is 1800 RSD.
All 6 sections for the rest of members from Serbia entry fee is 2200 RSD.
Entry fee only for digital sections (4 sections)
Entry for all 4 digital sections fee is mandatory for all participants and is 20 Euros (25$).
The entry fee for digital sections is unique, no matter how many sections the entrant is participate for.
For the members of the FSS (Photo Association of Serbia) entry fee is 1000 RSD. For the rest of members from Serbia entry fee is 1200 RSD.

Entry fee for all 2 print sections is mandatory for all participants and is 20 Euros (25$).
The entry fee for print sections is unique, no matter how many sections the entrant is participate for.
For the members of the FSS (Photo Association of Serbia) entry fee is 1000 RSD. For the rest of members from Serbia entry fee is 1200 RSD.
12. Return postage
If prints needs to be returned, return postage in addition to the entry fees must be paid as follows:
€20 per package plus €0.50 per print or US$25 per package plus US$1 per print.
Members of the FSS (Photo Association of Serbia)and other domestic patricipants will paid only pay postage costs in the amount of 1,000 dinars.
Important notice:
The original packing will be used to return entries, and entrants must ensure that their packaging is adequate to be used for their return. If the packaging is not usable, we have no obligation of returning package to sender.
13. Damage or loss
While the greatest care will be taken of entries, the Salon cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage during transport.
14. Possible ways of payment
PayPal transfer
The participants paying the participation fee through PayPal must specify their names and surnames. On the condition that there is inconsistency between sent photos and PayPal payments, the photos will not be evaluated.
Works by authors who do not pay the registration fee will not be taken into consideration.
Western Union or Bank transfer
Other ways of payment
All fees (unless paying by Pay Pal, Western Union or Bank transfer) and any other printouts must be enclosed with the prints, which must be adequately packed.
Entries received without the appropriate fee, or paid with foreign cheques or money orders, or prints exceeding the maximum size, will be neither judged nor returned and no catalog will be sent.
The organizers takes responsibility at the moment of uptaking the package. We do not have responsibility for money loss during postal transport.
15. Exhibition calendar
Closing date 30. January 2015.
Judging: 09 – 13. February 2015.
Notification: 23. February 2015.
Exhibitions of Prints and Digital Projections: 29 and 31 March 2015.
Sending of catalogs and awards: 30. April 2015.
16. Report and notifications
All participants will receive personal report card notifications via e-mail, showing all acceptances and awarded images.
The results of the Exhibition will also be published on organizers website
17. Delivering catalogs
All entrants will be sent exclusive printed catalog, which will be posted by surface mail. The catalog will be published with awarded photographs and with certain number of photographs chosen by organizer of the Exhibition, without financial compensation for the author royalties.
