First International Salon of Photography organized by the Association of Serbian PHOTO<\/strong> titled Reflections of Serbia<\/strong> in 2014, has been successfully opened, to the satisfaction of the organizers and the many visitors who were in the\u00a0festive gallery on main railway station in Belgrade, on May, 5th of 2014.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We have had the opportunity to enjoy awarded <\/span>works and watching a digital projection of the photographs that are received at the exhibition.
\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Technical organizer of this event was the Association of Artists of the Serbian Railways .<\/span><\/p>\n

This competition was attended by 414 authors from 59 countries from all continents, with a total of 5756 images received .
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

The decision about the awards and the selection of images for presentation made \u200b\u200bby an international committee composed of <\/span>AFIAP\u00a0 and PSA <\/span>artists, Bozidar Vitas, Zoran Pavlovic, both from Belgrade and Ozren Bozanovi\u0107 from Tuzla , Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The event was accompanied by superb <\/span>color <\/span>catalog, printed on luxury<\/span>paper\u00a0 with reproductions of a 87 award-winning works and specially selected 65 photographs.
\n<\/span>The exhibition was opened with a <\/span>Bozidar Vitas <\/span>speech.
\n<\/span>The awards were presented to winners by Ljiljana Vrzi\u0107, president of the <\/span>Serbia Photo <\/span>Salon.<\/span>
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

The event was led and presented the work of the Association of Serbian PHOTO by Nenad Nikolic , the Secretary of the photography contest and he is noticed:<\/p>\n

“<\/span>We are gathered out, attracted by the game of light and shadows, as fragile as butterfly wings over the flame of a candle.<\/p>\n

We`ll never forget the magic kaleidoscope, such as bees never forget how to build honeycombs.\u2028 Come together to experience the light, challenging the darkness.<\/p>\n

Because, until we do not forget to play – there’s life in us .”

The success of the event partially contributed to the professors \u017divojin Velimirovich (violin) and Ladislav Mezei\u00a0 (cello), performing compositions by Haydn and Vuckovic .
