\nThe jury reserves the right to grant additional awards. Each author can receive only one award in each section. The decision of the jury is final and irrevocable, complaints are not possible.<\/p>\n

7. Number and size (format) of photographs<\/span><\/strong>
\n\"size-of-photos-shematic-\"<\/a>Any participant can submit up to 4 photographs under each theme (maximum 16 photographs in 4 themes).
\nPhotographs are accepted in electronic form only.
\nFormat of photographs: JPG
\nSize of photographs: The image on the longest side should be 1920 pixels, and the resolution should be 300 dpi
\nFile compression should be between 7 and 12
\nMemory size of the file must not exceed 2 Mb
\n<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

8. File naming<\/span><\/strong>
\nNo special requirements for file names, only the file name should be the same as title name. Only English letters (a-z) are allowed. Please limit titles to 25 characters.
\nFile name can not be computer generated (eg DSC_0876), but the name that you specifically assign, describing the photo.<\/p>\n

9. Entry form<\/span><\/strong>
\nAuthors must fill out online entry form<\/p>\n

10. Upload<\/span><\/strong>
\nPlease send the photographs directly to the organizers web site:
\nwww.srbijafoto.rs<\/p>\n

11. Entry fee<\/span><\/strong>
\nEntry fee is mandatory for all participants and is 20 Euros (25$).
\nFor the members of the FSS (Photo Association of Serbia) entry fee is 1.000 RSD.
\nFor the rest of members from Serbia entry fee is 1.200 RSD.
\nEntry fee is equal for all sections.<\/p>\n

12. Possible ways of payment<\/span><\/strong>
\nPayPal transfer
\nThe payments will be made to the address of
\ninfo@srbijafoto.rs<\/em>
\nThe participants paying the participation fee through PayPal must specify their names and surnames. On the condition that there is inconsistency between sent photos and PayPal payments, the photos will not be evaluated.
\nWorks by authors who do not pay the registration fee will not be taken into consideration<\/p>\n

13. Exhibition calendar<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Closing date<\/strong>: 07. March 2014.
\nJudging<\/strong>: 17 – 21. March 2014.
\nNotification<\/strong>: 31. March 2014.
\nDigital Projections<\/strong>: 03 and 05 May 2014.
\nSending of catalogs and awards<\/strong>: 06. June 2014.<\/p>\n

14. Report and notifications<\/span><\/strong>
\nAll participants will receive report card notifications via e-mail, showing all acceptances and awarded images.
\nThe results of the Exhibition will also be published on the website
\nwww.serbiafoto.rs<\/p>\n

15. Delivering catalogs<\/span><\/strong>
\nAll entrants will be sent exclusive printed catalog, which will be posted by surface mail. The catalog will be published with awarded photographs and with certain number of photographs chosen by organizer of the Exhibition, without financial compensation for the author royalties.<\/p>\n
